Starting from 2016, Red Cube expands its expertise in branding, digital marketing, e-commerce and video production service to companies who would like to have their presence in the U.S. market.

We are seeking an E-Commerce Intern (Full time) to join our E-Commerce Department. This position requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. As the E-Commerce Intern, working with the administration of the Online Store and assisting with customer support, the applicant must be able to transition effortlessly between tasks. This position will also be providing the highest level of service to guests of the Online Store. This role allows the opportunity to learn from all areas within the E-Commerce Department!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Support the E-Commerce Manager in the optimization of the categorization (product and section) and content revamping across the site, ensuring that all products are organized in appropriate sections in a timely manner

·       Effectively support all Customer Service as it pertains to the Online Store

·       Support Order Processing and back-end flow, processing of Returns/Exchanges

·       Perform reporting and administrative tasks to support email marketing

·       Help manage the overall portfolio of merchandise that is offered by clients, by ensuring strong, customer-centric categorization and updated content

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

·       Fluent in English (Bilingual in Chinese is preferred but not required)  

·       Highly organized and detail-oriented, experience with Excel and other office tools

·       Service-oriented with great social skills

·       Ability to work and communicate effectively within a team

·       Administrative or Accounting Experience a plus
