IT Intern

INTERN JOB SUMMARY:

Assist in day-to-day activities to help further department initiatives as directed by team mentors and/or management’

Will focus as helpdesk support of the 70-person internal staff, and have the opportunity to work with the servers, company network, phones, AV and conferencing equipment and will work with various employee systems in both Mac and PC environments.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Student enrolled in an accredited university in their junior or senior year, pursuing a bachelor’s degree
  • Familiar with troubleshooting Windows, Mac, iPhone, and Android technologies
  • Able to articulate issues in a manner that both technical and non-technical employees can understand
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including, but not limited to PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook programs to complete work on a daily basis
  • Utilizes critical thinking and analytical skills on a regular basis to complete tasks
  • Uses problem solving skills to overcome issues as needed
  • Stays organized, while paying close attention to detail before submitting any work
