Feature Film Production - Summer Internship (for Film, financing, and/or writing students)

Movie Production under Hollywood approved Producer

If you love movies and visual story content, Dreamscape Cinema is offering an internship under Writer/Director/Producer Robin Christian (see listing: www.imdb.com/name/nm1384445 , or his reel: www.youtube.com/watch?v=WyIF1w9MOXM 

In July we will producing a full length feature film, which includes hiring some professionals from Hollywood and Chicago. This Internship is a hands-on experience in real-world environment, and includes aspects of 6 steps of movie production (development, pre-production, production, post production, distribution and marketing). Applicant should possess skills and/or a passion for at least one of these areas:

- Financing for new films  (research and contact investors, budgeting, crowdfunding, etc)

- Movie development (analyzing scripts, hiring cast and crew, locations, etc)  

- Graphic design and marketing for promo materials (web design too)

- Social Media marketing and aggregating content to digital media

- Research and reporting of findings

- Producing of a motion picture

Reliable, good work  ethic, passionate about films and positive attitude a must. 

Please indicate if you are interested in a 1. Full summer experience, 2. one month only, during film production, or Fall internship.  Having a car for transportation is recommended for the production.

While working part time from California, Mr. Christian commutes from his Illinois home and has a small office near  the U of I campus in Champaign (near 1st and Springfield ave) . This new studio includes a 360° green screen for creating virtual reality environments. 

Mr. Christian has forged the company into a high profile feature and doc film production company (6 films completed and in world distribution, 3  more in development). 

Many of his past interns have found work in Hollywood (including at Dreamworks, Warner Bros, etc)
