Human Resources Talent Management Master's Level Internship

Responsibilities:
- Master’s level Human Resources Intern to help align talent and organizational strategies with broader business objectives.
- This role will primarily support the organization’s Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives.
- Exposure to other functional areas in Human Resources could include Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion along with other areas that align with your interests and our organizational needs.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work full-time hours from late May to early August 2020
- The internship may be extended part-time into the fall semester; depending on the availability of the student, the needs of the company, and strong work performance
- Graduation date of December 2020 or beyond
- Intellectual curiosity and the drive to deeply engage in thought leadership around human capital trends and how those shape the future of work
- Strong business acumen including sophisticated critical and strategic thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated learning agility and growth mindset to deliver innovative solutions
- Proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, initiative and integrity
- Strong academic standing
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills with high proficiency and working knowledge of Excel (predictive modeling add-ins/regression analysis software experience a plus)
- Previous internship or related experience required
- Enrolled in an accredited Master’s degree program; MBA, Human Resources, Labor and Employment Relations, Organizational Behavior, or other related degree
