Research & Analysis Internship Program
Selendy & Gay is seeking creative, resourceful individuals who will develop their critical thinking and analytical skills in a 10-week paid internship program from June through August 2020. This is a unique role.
This internship is an opportunity to work closely with a team of analysts engaged in problem solving, research and analysis related to financial and energy sector litigation. All qualified individuals are considered, though individuals pursuing majors in finance, economics or contemplating a postgraduate JD or MBA program are encouraged to apply.
We are seeking motivated, bright candidates who possess intellectual curiosity. Optimal candidates will articulate complex messages and ideas simply and clearly.
Participants in the Research & Analysis Internship Program will develop:
- Proficiency in financial research tools (e.g. Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ)
- Experience conducting all-source research and fact-finding
- Idea generation and creative problem solving
- Accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Deep professional experience at the confluence of business and law
Individuals who complete the program and demonstrate capability will be encouraged to apply for a full-time analyst position upon graduation. Analyst compensation is highly competitive.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. The program is intended for individuals graduating between December 2020 through June 2022.
