Grandway Capital - Investment Analysis Intern - Shenzhen

Jiayuan Capital was established in 2015 and obtained the “Private Investment Fund Manager Certificate” (P1027505) in November 2015. The company is a professional fund management company specializing in private equity investment. It mainly focuses on the management of PE funds, focusing on high-end manufacturing, new energy vehicles, consumption upgrades, new materials and other industries, mainly investing in leading enterprises in the industry.
 
Jiayuan Capital currently manages a RMB fund with a management scale of 2 billion yuan and more than 20 outstanding projects. More than ten projects in the investment project are about to enter the A-share IPO (Xinyuren, Qifeng Technology, Shuangle Pigment, Golden Sun, Persian Technology, Ted Shares, Jingjin Environmental Protection) or landed in the overseas capital market (Betta Fish) , Shein), where Vogel Optoelectronics (stock code: 603773) has been listed.

Job Description
·       Assist to determine and identify AI (Artificial Intelligence), Big Data and other related industry’s investment opportunities
·       Assist in managing all investment activities from deal screening, deal structuring, due diligence, documentation, closing and post-closing management monitoring to exit.
·       Initiate, develop and maintain a strong network of productive relationships with clients, co-investors, strategic partners, senior business executives and mid-market investment banks
 
Requirements
·       University graduate in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related discipline; with a finance/economics degree is a plus.
·       Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
·       Responsible, logical, pro-active and well-organized
·       Passionate and team-oriented work attitude
·       Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
·       Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
