HR-Recruitment Operation Expert

We are now looking for the the brightest mind as our Recruitment Channel Operation Expert to work on recruitment efficiency optimization. You'll be responsible for the business development as well as the relationship management with all recruitment agencies.You'll also be responsible for the efficiency optimization of recruitment websites. Working closely with local HRBPs and Recruiting Team, you will be our expert and work on the growth of hiring efficiency. Your responsibilities are as follows:

1. Establish and embed the recruitment strategy according to the corporate strategy.

2. Support and optimize the recruitment policy.

3. Overseas recruitment management, include but not limited to Mainland China, the United States, United Kingdom and Southeast Asia.

4. Responsible for recruitment agency system construction and management. Optimize agency partnership SOP.

5. Apply your expertise in people research, industry research, quantitative analysis, data science and data visualization to help ByteDance increase hiring efficiency.

6. Other key projects support.

Minimum qualifications:

1. BA/BS degree or above，2020 graduates.

2. Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on analyses.

3. Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.

1. Excellent team work and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.

2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills, with the ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully.

3. Excellent ability in critical thinking and dialectical thinking.

4. Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

6. HR experience or consulting experience in an internet firm, recruitment agency, in-house corporate talent team, or consulting firm.
