SUMMER 2021 INTERN--Supporter Experience and Retention Intern (Virtual)

Summary
This position will support the Supporter Experience & Retention team in helping to progress their goals with particular focus on reviewing and updating marketing material and donor communications, following up on project deliverables, conducting peer analysis and supporting on back-end coding and tracking. You will report into the AVP, Global Sponsorship Marketing and Fundraising with a dotted line to the Special Gifts team.
What You’ll be Doing (Essential Duties & Responsibilities) 
  • Review letters received from virtual letter writing events, file and follow-up on deliverables
  • Follow-up on project sponsorship activities to ensure timely deliverables
  • Conduct peer analysis on product offerings similar to letter writing and project sponsorship as well as mobile communication streams, donation form with gift in your name
  • Proof read and update to promotional material and donor communications
  • Support SG acknowledgement efforts and thank you outreach program
  • Support the SG team with data support
  • Support with coding and submitting invoices and updating invoice tracker
  • Update segmentation results for campaigns
Required Qualifications 
  • Must be an actively enrolled Associate, Bachelor, Master or other post high school education program, or have graduated within 6 months of program start date
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English,
  • Demonstrate collaborative interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully within a team
  • Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
