Position Title: Consultant Analyst
Reports to: Managing Director
Location: Chicago, IL
Job Description
The Consultant Analyst will support our clients move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions, re-designing the organization structure, and will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.
Specific Responsibilities
· Perform project tasks under Senior Consultants supervision.
· Participate in the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client.
· Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues.
· Contributes to new business proposals and proposal development.
· Manages own personal and professional development; seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experiences.
Required Experience & Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, communications, industrial and organizational development/psychology or a related discipline.
· Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment.
· Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
· Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
· Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools.
· Microsoft technologies, e.g., Office 365, Teams, Dynamics CRM, Skype for Business, SharePoint, Yammer etc.
