A caseworker supervisor position provides weekly supervision to foster care caseworkers and works alongside their team members to deliver strengths-based, client-centered and trauma informed services to families experiencing abuse or neglect.

Requirements include:
  • A master's degree in Social Work or another acceptable degree approved by DCFS
  • Two years of full time experience in the social work setting
  • Must pass DCFS background check
  • Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, clean driving record, and three years of driving experience
