The Requirements are as follows:
1. EDUCATION:

Completion of a doctorate degree program at an accredited college or university with major course work in psychology, sociology, anthropology or public health.

AND

2. EXPERIENCE:
Five years of experience in statistical analysis and research, two years which have included supervising lower level analysts in the conduct of social science research studies in the area of mental health and intellectual disability services which has involved the utilization of non-procedural computer applications for information systems design, reporting and analysis.
