Inside Sales Representative

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Symbiont Group is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who can pursue prospects and generate leads for Symbiont Group and our clients. Our ideal candidate also enjoys learning about digital trends and how they impact B2B companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Uncover, qualify and build the sales opportunity pipeline
  • Able to make up to 100 outbound calls per day
  • Maintain records of all interactions with qualified prospects using Salesforce.com
  • Demonstrate high degree of diligence and accountability
  • Effectively communicate with prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Provide feedback to Digital Marketing team to improve marketing and sales activities

SKILLS

  • Ability to juggle multiple marketing messages
  • Ability to generate leads through outbound activity (cold calling/inside sales, email, social)
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tool
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and outstanding time management skills
  • Goal oriented with a drive to achieve results

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, and/or marketing
  • Local Chicagoland candidates only
  • 1-3 years of sales experience (or relevant internship experience)
