What I liked

The insurance aspect, learning the ins-and-outs of the laws associated with it. The complexity of working with different states' laws and abiding by them.

What I wish was different

I wish that it wasn't a call center customer service role. Working in an agency would provide a much better experience, in my opinion.

Advice

If you can't handle customer service or get easily overloaded by varying rules, this isn't the position for you. If you enjoy working with others, problem-solving, and have an interest in the world of insurance, this would be a great fit for you.
