What I liked
Capgemini was an amazing place to have an internship. The interns had weekly trainings from high-up employees of the company on subjects like leadership and executive presence, and were assigned a team and mentor for the duration of the summer. Everyone is so willing to help you learn on the job and beyond.
What I wish was different
We were their first batch of interns, so I wish the program had been a bit more structured but they had to work out some kinks as we went along.
Advice
Take advantage of the audience you have with executives and build your network!
